If you would like to add your name to the T-shirt and/or Hooded sweatshirt please select this option. There is a 15 letter maximum per shirt.  Once order is placed please email advertisingsolutionswi@gmail.com with the order number, item to be personalized and the name you would like added to the item.  The charge is $6.00 per item.
